Magnum 4D Consolation Prize vs Sports Toto Consolation Prize: How Much Do You Get?
Understand RM1 Big Consolation payouts, Small exclusions and permutation scaling in Magnum and Sports Toto.
By Jenny Maceda · · 6 min read
Overview
How much is a Magnum Consolation prize? For a qualifying RM1 ordinary straight Big entry, the reviewed schedule lists RM60; the reviewed Sports Toto Big schedule also lists RM60. That useful answer needs its conditions: Small does not cover Consolation, the purchased date must match, and permutation awards follow a different table. This article explains the comparison without confusing ten Consolation result slots with ten automatic awards for one ticket.
Key Takeaways
- Both reviewed ordinary RM1 Big tables list RM60 Consolation.
- Straight Small does not include this category.
- Ten Consolation slots do not mean every ticket receives ten prizes.
- Permutation and other formats require their own payout table.
The RM1 straight Big comparison
Magnum’s published Classic guide and Sports Toto’s published prize schedule both list a RM60 Consolation amount for a qualifying RM1 straight Big entry. The match concerns the printed number, its order and the purchased event. It does not mean the ticket earns RM60 just because Consolation numbers were drawn. Check that the ticket actually covers this category and that its stake and product correspond to the ordinary straight-entry schedule being quoted.

Why Small cannot be checked the same way
The Small schedule concentrates on the top three categories, so an ordinary straight Small ticket has no Consolation entitlement. Big and Small are purchase categories rather than a description of a number’s numerical size. If both are bought for the same digits, inspect each purchased amount separately. A number appearing only in Consolation should not be described as a Small winner, even when an app highlights that number somewhere on a results page.

Ten slots are a results structure
The ordinary schedule contains ten Consolation numbers. Those are possible published matching positions, not ten payments guaranteed to every ticket holder. A person with multiple separately purchased winning entries may have a different total entitlement from a person holding one entry. Do not multiply the headline RM60 by ten simply because there are ten listed numbers; the purchased entries and official settlement conditions determine what is payable.

Check the relevant scaled award
A product covering several digit arrangements spreads its entry across those arrangements and follows its published prize table. Magnum mBox and Sports Toto i-Perm should therefore be checked with the actual arrangement count and category. The reviewed Big permutation tables list different Consolation figures across four, six, twelve and twenty-four arrangements. The full straight-entry RM60 should not be copied onto every covered permutation in a comparison graphic or estimate.

Validate the result and preserve the ticket
Check the official dated result, keeping the original ticket secure even if a scan shows a possible match. If the entry covers several events, record which event produced the match and confirm the others separately. Use the operator’s claim guidance for the current deadline, identification and validation requirements. A consolation category is still a conditional prize rather than a refund mechanism; its existence should not encourage extra spending to recover a previous loss.

Checking notes and responsible use
Keep the original ticket safe while reviewing its entries. A result board, saved image or app record should be read together with the printed game, draw date and format. If you cannot confirm a detail, ask an authorized outlet or the official support team rather than guessing. Do not post ticket identifiers publicly.
